Commercial Painting
Decorating and Wallpapering
Roof Painting & Spraying
Epoxy Flooring

The exact scope of work for each project will be outlined in the accepted quotation or service agreement.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

Provide accurate information regarding the project.
Ensure reasonable access to the property during agreed working hours.
Remove or protect personal belongings where requested.
Advise us of any known hazards or site restrictions before work begins.
Ensure pets and children are kept clear of work areas where appropriate.

Failure to provide suitable access may result in delays or additional charges.

6. Payments

Payment terms will be outlined within the quotation or invoice.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

Deposits may be required before work commences.
Progress payments may apply for larger projects.
Final payment is due upon completion of the agreed works.

7. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Where materials have already been purchased or labour has been allocated, reasonable cancellation costs may apply.

Staff illness

8. Warranties

We take pride in delivering quality workmanship using professional products and proven application methods.

Any workmanship warranty provided applies only where:

Surfaces have been maintained correctly.
Damage has not resulted from misuse, neglect, structural movement, moisture intrusion or external causes beyond our control.
Work has not been altered or repaired by others without our approval.

Manufacturer warranties for paints and coatings remain subject to the terms provided by the respective manufacturer.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WM Painting & Decorating is not liable for:
